Understanding dedicated truck prices: All prices on dedicated trucks are binding with no hidden fees. They are based on the information that is provided at the free in home evaluation. This binding price includes free of charge… Moving Pads & Moving Equipment, Pick up & Delivery, Loading & Unloading, Disassembling & Reassembling (anything we take apart, we put back together), Mileage & Fuel, Partial Packing Services & Materials (all glass items to be crated, mattress & box spring to be bagged, and furniture to be wrapped) and Valuation Coverage. There is a charge for new boxes, but used boxes are also always free. Form of Payment: 50% of the total is due at the time of pick up in the form of check or cash. The remaining balance is due at delivery in the form of postal money order or cash. OR if you agree to pay the total by cash then 100% is due at the delivery end.  Delivery dates (2 day range) is guaranteed or 25% off the balance due. We have no hidden fees (no long carry fee, no fuel fee, no mileage fee, no shuttle fee, no insurance fee, no hidden fees)... the binding price quoted will not change. As Licensed carrier with the US DOT (USDOT #: 1938373 & MC #: 691452) we are required to provide limited liability coverage at no charge, the maximum liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per article for all items indicated as damaged or missing at time of delivery. Carrier Trucks
Carrier moves are based on the mileage from the origin to the destination, the weight (lbs) of your shipment, and the cubic foot space that the shipment takes up. Carrier truck rates are often cheaper priced but have restrictions and are best used for non-time critical shipments, shipments going to storage, or storage in transit (SIT) shipments. INTERSTATE CONTRACTED MOVERS will pick your items up from your home and store them in a state-of-the-art warehouse until the shipment is ready to leave for the destination.

Shipment size is based on the information that is provided at the free in home evaluation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and can take up to 21 business days from the 1st available delivery date listed on the Bill of lading. Carrier trucks also have other fees (carry fee for anything over 75', fuel fee unless otherwise stated, mileage fee unless otherwise stated, shuttle fee if the semi can not drive up to the delivery address, and, but not limited to, by the hour or overnight holding fee if you are unavailable to accept delivery when the carrier arrives)... please note: the price quoted are subject to change, and Interstate Contracted Movers does not recommend this option. Good packing is essential to a good move. Here at INTERSTATE CONTRACTED MOVERS, we understand that in your busy schedule, you may not have the time required to fully prepare yourself for your move. Packing by INTERSTATE CONTRACTED MOVERS is usually performed one to two days before the move for larger jobs, or the day of the move if the scope of packing is limited.
